So far I've tried Pretty faces for men and Fine face textures combined with No vampire sunken cheeks for male. I never tapped into it when running with my old guild and I don't plan on starting anytime soon.
But unless absolutely necessary I'd prefer to stick to male characters since (as a male), roleplaying a female would be.Weird. The funny thing is that if I wanted to do a female playthrough I could choose from multiple facial mods (though from what I know they only work in conjunction with the UNP body) - all of them do a fabulous job at creating and upholding a clean, easy-on-the-eye face, even after turning. Not only is it absolutely hideous but also completely ruins the roleplay aspect. I didn't spend hours in character creation to have that gigantic, obnoxious scar (hell I don't even know what that is supposed to be I'm talking about the thin, red line) running my character's nose all the way across his mouth. I'm trying to roleplay a Cyrodiliic vampire but the default look makes it basically impossible.
